These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of getendoflow.com (the "Site"), operated by EndoFlow LLC ("EndoFlow," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to the Site only; use of the EndoFlow practice management platform is governed by separate written agreements with customer practices.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, scrape or harvest data from the Site, or use the Site to transmit malicious code.
Informational content
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. Product capabilities described on the Site reflect the platform as designed and may change before or after general availability. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, legal, or professional advice, and nothing on the Site constitutes an offer that binds EndoFlow to deliver any particular feature or timeline.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and the EndoFlow name and marks — are the property of EndoFlow LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use the EndoFlow name, logo, or content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
Early access submissions
Submitting your email through the Site requests information about EndoFlow and does not create a customer relationship, guarantee access to the platform, or obligate either party. Handling of submitted information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
